Run FOR BOARD MEMBER
If you are a homeowner and are interested on running on the board, please submit your name to the office via email or telephone by October 1, 2024. If no new names are submitted the existing board will be on the ballot for reelection.
No grills are allowed on your patio or balconies!
Attention!
Everyone should have at least $10,000.00 of loss assessments in their HO6 Condo Policy. Please check with your insurance agent to make sure you have it! Or this could potential come out of your own pocket.
Strangers:
If you find someone that you don’t know or recognize sleeping in your hallway. Please call 911 to get them remove and DO NOT engage.
Sewer clean out: If you spot a sewer clean out if the lid is off the clean out and there is toilet paper around the clean out, please call the management office.
Please do not report any leaks to any other person unless it is our office or our emergency number. This will get the issue to the right person quicker.
Carports: Only those that are paying for carports and are assigned a numbered carport are allowed to park in their assigned place. Violators will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Trash: We ask that you take your trash to the dumpsters and not let them sit out in the patio or in the hallways. this is causing foul smells and attracting flies.
Collections: We have once again gone into an aggressive stance on collections. If you are more than one month behind on your HOA dues, you need to contact Management and make arrangements to bring your account current. Once legal action commences, the costs of litigation are charged back to unit owners. It can get to be very expensive.
Nothing shall be placed on the outside of the building or on the windows or projections such as satellite dishes a/c window units, foil on windows etc. It is important to keep standard mini blinds as the window treatment to keep a uniform appearance from the outside. Please replace any broken ones.
Dumpsters
Dumpsters are designed for household trash. Dumping of appliances, mattress and furniture is prohibited. Fines will be issued for violations of this policy. Owners please let your tenants know about this policy.
Pet Owners!
We keep having many complaints about pet owners not picking up after their dogs. We ask that you please be a responsible pet owner and pick up after them. Fines will be issued to those that comply. Please do your part. Thank you!
Roof Leaks!
Please report any roof leaks that you may be experiencing to our office at 405-600-6021.
Hallways
The responsibility of the hallways is being put back to the individual homeowners of each building so please coordinate with the other owners of your building. Please help keep the hallways clean and open for everyone's safety.
Crime Watch Out!
There have been an several break ins to vehicles. Please make sure to lock your vehicles and do not leave any valuables in plain sight. Please beware of any suspicious activity. Please be observant to your surroundings. Thank you!
PATIOS
All residents are responsible for the condition of the fenced patios at the rear of every unit. Please keep all trees, vines, bushes and shrubs cut back away from the walls and fences. We will be having the lawn crew clean off the building you will be responsible for the cost. Plants can damage them. The Board WILL be issuing fines for violations of this policy.
